“The Way of Tea” Our journey start with unique Hojicha roasted green tea which originated in Kyoto, Japan in 1920. In early 2019 during trip to Japan we fall in love with the Hojicha tea taste and aroma, after looking for the best quality Hojicha tea from Japan we decided to source tea from small plantation in Okumikawa Japan. Many tea trees on that farm are over 100 years old, they also make teas for Emperor of Japan for almost 40 years. Distillation of the Sadō Gin take place in small copper pot still 200 bottles at the time in England. Gin is reduced to 46% of alcohol to keep all the aromas and flavours so you can enjoy Sadō Gin when you mix it in the cocktails or with your favourite tonic.
